1,How long will it take for my wheels to be sent after payment?

Your order will be processed within 2 business days (Mon-Fri), except during holidays. If the items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 3 business days.  If not, we will manufacture new rims, wheelsets and send them out for delivery within 10-25 business days.

2,What shipping method do you use?

We offer shipping on all wheelset orders to over 70 countries from our website. Various delivery options are available, with shipping times varying based on the chosen method:

EMS/DPD: 7-20 days
FedEx/DHL/UPS: 5-10 days

Please note that additional delays may occur due to customs clearance in the destination country.

3,How much in customs duties should I pay?

For most EU countries, we can use the DPD shipping method which is tax paid in advance. If by DPD, the customers don’t need to pay customs duties.


For those not living in EU countries, or choosing other shipping methods, all the taxes and customs duties are borne by the customer. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us before ordering.

4,What if my parcel has arrived but is damaged?

We will carefully package and protect your purchase to ensure the rims/wheels arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please keep all packaging and documentation related to your order and contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue ASAP.
